The Code Abides is made up of two of us, sorry three! Lily our dog likes to be included and is essential in greeting clients!

Peter Lee
Pete has over twenty years software experience and has an excellent working knowledge of different development environments thanks to working in commercial, financial, private and public software industries. This has provided him with a thorough understanding of how different businesses operate and approach software development; the methodologies they apply and the way that business requirements are gathered.
Over the years he has built up a good approach to requirements gathering and specification writing which has proven to be very effective at delivering projects accurately and on time.
Pete has a natural ability to build good relationships with colleagues and clients which he values highly and feels is immensely important within any working environment and has led to his mentoring of many developers over the years.
Nicola Lee
Niki joined Pete at the Code Abides after working with him at his previous company.
She is amazing at keeping everything organised, researching new web and tech trends, and adding an additional touch of quality assurance and testing to our software solutions. She is also vital in making business decisions as she is able to take a step back from things and offer a completely different perspective.
Niki has a background in personal administration for finance, law and housing industries totalling over fifteen years.
She is also a qualified massage therapist and qualified in animal management, but unfortunately due to being diagnosed with chronic migraines had to give up her previous career.
Niki also conducts a lot of voluntary work when possible as a dog training assistant and dog walker.
Whilst Pete was running his previous company he spotted an opportunity to utilise Nikis skills whereby she can manage her own hours around her migraines, which proved extremely effective and thus she is now a valued member of the team!
Lily
Lily greets our clients, whether they like it or not! She would probably describe herself as our queen chief moral officer.
